Pool Maintenance

We will keep your swimming pool clean and maintained for daily use. This is normally done on a weekly visit basis unless the users require a specific visit. If technical maintenance is required, this can be arranged through your original pool installer or manufacturer, and we will oversee the work on your behalf.

Laundry

We will ensure that, on a weekly basis, the sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and towels are washed and changed.

Cleaning

Your property will be cleaned at intervals to suit you, but the norm is weekly (on changeover days) for rental properties or as required for visiting owners (i.e. the day before you arrive).

Gardening

This service comprises of a weekly visits (unless more is requested) and includes grass cutting, weeding flowerbeds and patios, watering plants and flowers (indoors and out), and taking pot plants indoors at the onset of winter. If required, we can arrange landscape gardening with a suitable local organisation and project manage it on your behalf.

Checking Properties

On a weekly basis we will check both the interior of your premises and the associated grounds for any signs of damage by weather, appliance faults or even signs of attempted break in. We will as a matter of course visit your property after any exceptional weather or if specifically asked to do so.

Pre-Arrival Check

This is for visiting owners and guests alike. We will make sure that the property is clean, the beds made, the lights are on and the house ready to welcome you or your guests.  Please note that this is purely a check so that if there are any problems and issues they can be rectified before your guests arrive. If as a result of the check we find that the property requires cleaning or laundry doing this will be charged for at an additional rate.

Overseeing Renovation Projects

One of the greatest problems individuals have when they are renovating a property is finding the time to get out to the site and find out what is really going on. We can help. This service entails weekly site visits to view any progress made and to pass on any specific requests to your construction team. We will also take digital photographs and send them on to you so you can see the progress. Please note, we are not builders and can not project manage a renovation project from a technical perspective.

Guest Liaison

We can make ourselves available early in the guest's stay to give them advice on local sites, amenities, beaches or bars and restaurants to visit.

Welcome Pack Arrangements

There is nothing worse than arriving at your villa late at night, hungry and thirsty and finding the cupboards bare. We can make sure that you and your guests arrive to find enough food and drink to last a couple of days. This will include making sure that the white wine and beers are cold, there is ice in the freezer and some simple food supplies to get you going. Goods charged for separately.

Arrange and Oversee Repairs

However well built your property is or how new your appliances are, things go wrong from time to time. We will make any necessary arrangements for builders, plumbers, electricians or appliance specialists to fix the problem. For more complicated maintenance work we can arrange for quotes before any work commences. We will not pay for any of these works but will ensure that you are invoiced directly by the appropriate contractor.


Repairs, painting & decorating

Mail Collection

For those of you that do not have a mail box at the property, we will collect your mail on a weekly basis and put it in the villa unless you have specifically asked us to forward any correspondence.

Plant Watering

We will water all indoor and outdoor plants on a weekly basis

Airport Pick Up & Return

We can arrange to meet you off your flight and take you to your villa or do the return trip for you. This will save the significant inconvenience of using the public transport system.

Guest "Meet & Greet"

We can, if you request, arrange to meet your guests off their flight, give them the appropriate directions to the villa, point out the car hire location and give them the keys to the villa.
